What you'll do
Responsible for executing and implementing the company’s overall strategic planning for financial information products and securities market data–driven decision-support products, aligning product direction with business objectives and real user needs, and building a comprehensive product feature framework.
Continuously conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor products, and user needs; deliver targeted product iteration and innovation proposals to continuously enhance the product’s core market competitiveness.
Participate in defining core product features and differentiated modules. Based on the product roadmap and version release schedule, manage project milestones end to end to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of each release.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, UI/Design, Marketing, Content Operations, and other teams to drive project execution, coordinate requirements, synchronize development progress, and resolve cross-functional collaboration issues.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the underlying logic of existing products. Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to reconstruct the product’s core operating mechanisms, optimize product architecture, and improve overall operational and user efficiency.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Management, or other related disciplines, with a solid theoretical foundation in finance.
5+ years of hands-on experience in the full-cycle design and management of financial information or securities-related products. Experience in the Web3 finance sector is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial market rules and the full product development lifecycle for financial products, with deep insight into the characteristics of various financial instruments and market user needs.
Proven ability to restructure and optimize products; able to leverage AI and other digital tools to rebuild underlying product architecture and effectively improve product operational efficiency.
Excellent logical abstraction skills and ability to break down and solve complex problems; capable of independent judgment and strategic thinking, with a holistic view of product planning.
Proficient in various product management tools, with strong data sensitivity and data analysis capabilities; able to drive product iteration through data insights.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with experience in managing medium-to-large cross-functional projects and ensuring efficient project delivery.
