What you'll do
Own the product design of the Unified Account framework, including cross-currency and cross-business-line margin sharing, asset interoperability mechanisms, and a seamless migration plan for existing Classic Account users to upgrade to the Unified Account.
Own the product design and user-experience optimization of strategy orders, including take-profit and stop-loss orders; define order-type rules, logic, and boundary conditions.
Develop a deep understanding of the core principles of matching engines and risk engines, and work with Engineering to evaluate the technical feasibility and implementation approach for complex trading logic.
Produce high-quality product proposals, align stakeholders across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other functions, and drive successful delivery.
Track product developments at leading exchanges in Unified Accounts and trading functionalities, benchmark industry best practices, and continuously propose optimization recommendations.
Establish and maintain a core metrics framework for trading products to drive ongoing product iteration and improvement.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in digital-asset trading products.
End-to-end experience with digital-asset spot and derivatives trading products, with a deep understanding of key mechanisms such as margin modes (cross margin and isolated margin), liquidation/bankruptcy logic, and funding rates.
Deep understanding of Unified Account design principles, including cross-currency margin calculations, risk models such as Portfolio Margin, account-mode switching, and user migration solutions. Prior experience delivering related products is preferred.
Strong expertise in the product logic and user scenarios for advanced order types, including take-profit and stop-loss orders, with the ability to independently design new order types.
Strong systems thinking and technical aptitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.
Excellent product documentation and structured communication skills, with the ability to independently lead reviews and delivery of complex requirements.
A high bar for trading experience, with the ability to identify usability issues from the perspective of professional traders and drive meaningful improvements.
Background in market making or quantitative trading, or prior ownership of core trading products at a leading exchange or derivatives platform, is preferred.
