Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding individual real estate needs, and guiding clients through property selection and investment decisions. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams, developers, banks, and legal partners to ensure a seamless transaction process and timely resolution of client queries. Daily activities include conducting property consultations, sharing market insights, following up on leads, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting clients from initial inquiry through post-sales service. The role also requires proactive business development, participation in client meetings and site visits, and upholding the company’s standards of ethical and transparent advisory.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills to build trust and long-term engagement.
Ability to understand real estate requirements, provide investment advisory, and offer basic financial guidance related to ROI and exit strategies.
Experience in sales or business development, including lead generation, follow-up, and closure of deals within structured timelines.
Knowledge of local real estate markets (especially Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad), RERA guidelines, and key trends in residential and commercial properties.
Proficiency in maintaining documentation, using CRM or sales tracking tools, and coordinating with banks, legal advisors, and developers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, conduct property visits, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant experience in real estate advisory or financial services is preferred.
High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and a client-first mindset aligned with transparent, data-backed advisory practices.
