Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the property transaction lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-sales support. The Relationship Manager will understand client requirements, recommend suitable real estate options, coordinate site visits, and liaise with banks, legal advisors, and developers to facilitate smooth processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, providing timely updates, addressing queries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, supporting business development activities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless advisory experience.

Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and convey complex information clearly.
Candidates should possess basic financial understanding and analytical skills to discuss ROI, pricing, and market trends with clients.
Candidates should possess organizational, time-management, and CRM or data-entry skills to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
Knowledge of real estate markets, RERA regulations, and property documentation processes is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with self-motivation and accountability for targets and client outcomes.
Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in real estate advisory or financial services is an advantage.
