Some litigators like knowing on Monday what they'll be arguing about on Friday. This job suits the other sort, the ones who are happy in a courtroom and don't much mind what the dispute turns out to be about.
Four to eight years, Los Angeles, and the work comes off the creditors' rights and bankruptcy side as well as general litigation and IP. One week you're chasing a debt through the courts, the next it's a contract fight, and then somebody's arguing about a logo.
