Most trial attorney adverts use the word trial the way a gym uses the word fitness. Aspirationally.
This one means it.
First chair. Your motions, your depositions, your verdict.
And you can do the prep from your kitchen table, because this firm will let you work remotely from anywhere in California.
You'll be paid up to $300k. The exact figure depends on the amount of trial experience you have.

What you'll be doing:
Taking and defending fact and expert depositions
Covering pretrial and trial appearances as first chair
Managing and arguing the big pretrial and trial motions
Running a defense caseload, with as much independence as your experience earns you
Talking directly to clients, carriers, experts and opposing counsel
What you'll have:
Litigation experience, with cases managed from intake through trial
Admitted to The California Bar
A track record of first chair work, or at the very least a hunger for it
