What you'll be doing:
Defending public entities in dangerous condition, premises liability, sexual abuse, catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters
Drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and arguing motions in court
Attending mediations and taking cases through to trial
Working closely with the team and the partners on strategy
What you'll have:
2+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally in general liability, construction, catastrophic injury or commercial disputes
Admitted to The California Bar
Experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions and court appearances
Arbitration or trial experience is a plus, and so is supervising junior associates, but neither is essential
