Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Odisha, India. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clean-energy projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, managing project schedules, and monitoring resource allocation. The role involves supervising site activities, tracking progress, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also prepare project reports, support continuous process improvements, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services and to follow up with vendors and suppliers.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance, and performance of equipment and installations at project sites.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, supply chain coordination, and site logistics efficiently.
Relevant experience in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is desirable.
