Role Description The Partner role at Akiko Global Services Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Partner will oversee key strategic relationships, drive business growth, and manage high-impact initiatives across fintech and financial services offerings. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing new partnership opportunities, negotiating and structuring agreements, and coordinating with internal teams such as product, operations, compliance, and technology to deliver partner-focused solutions. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring regulatory and contractual adherence, and representing the organization in discussions with banking partners, institutional clients, and other stakeholders. The Partner will contribute to long-term strategy, market expansion, and revenue optimization while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and financial inclusion.
Qualifications
Strong experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building with institutional and corporate partners.
Ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Knowledge of digital financial products, compliance requirements, and risk management practices in regulated environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced settings.
Proven track record of driving growth, managing complex projects, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Noida and engaging regularly with external partners and internal leadership.
