Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising civil and structural work, inspecting materials and workmanship, maintaining site documentation, and reporting project status to management. The role also involves resolving technical issues on-site, supporting quality control procedures, and collaborating with project stakeholders to keep work on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively on site, managing daily construction activities and coordinating with multiple teams.
Strong communication skills for interacting with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Experience or knowledge in quality control processes to ensure materials and work meet required standards.
Background in structural engineering and understanding of civil engineering principles.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with site safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in basic project documentation and use of standard engineering or construction software tools.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions on-site, and adapt to changing project conditions.
