HR Lead /HR General Manager / HR Officer Manager

Role Description The Cashier role at Tai Group is a full-time hybrid position based in Abuja, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks where appropriate. The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining an organized cash register area. Day-to-day activities include assisting customers with inquiries, reconciling cash drawers at the end of shifts, recording transactions in the system, and reporting discrepancies promptly. The role also involves supporting basic record-keeping, following company policies and financial procedures, and collaborating with other team members to provide efficient and courteous service.
Qualifications
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail, with experience handling cash and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Customer service skills, including clear communication, professional demeanor, and the ability to manage queues and customer inquiries.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard office software and transaction recording tools.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
Integrity and reliability in managing financial transactions and confidential information.
Ability to work on-site in Abuja with some hybrid flexibility, and to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Previous experience in a cashier, teller, or retail operations role is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further training in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
