About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our technology team in Germany. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine-learning solutions for real-world business applications.
This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in machine learning, Python, AI frameworks, data processing, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine-learning solutions.
Build and optimize machine-learning models and algorithms.
Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines for production environments.
Work with structured and unstructured data to identify useful patterns and insights.
Implement and evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with software engineers, data professionals, and product teams.
Integrate AI models into existing applications and cloud-based systems.
Monitor deployed models and support continuous improvement.
Maintain technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices.
Stay informed about relevant developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in AI, machine learning, or a related engineering role.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
Understanding of machine-learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and software development workflows.
Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional working proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage where required by the role.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or large language models.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
Experience with SQL and data engineering workflows.
