Role Description The Project Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role involves overseeing end-to-end immigration and visa-related projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables for clients pursuing opportunities in Canada. The Project Manager will liaise with internal consultants, logistics teams, and external stakeholders to ensure documentation, inspections, and procedural steps are completed accurately and on schedule. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, resolving bottlenecks, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration guidelines. The role also requires preparing status reports, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple client cases efficiently.
Experience in Expeditor roles and Logistics Management to handle document flow, scheduling, and coordination between clients, consultants, and authorities.
Inspection and quality-check skills to review documentation, verify compliance with immigration requirements, and ensure accuracy before submission.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations, provide clear guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of cases and deadlines.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru, with proficiency in common office and project management software tools.
Prior experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or international relocation projects is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in project management are beneficial.
