Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all immigration and visa consulting services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and implementing operational policies and best practices. The COO will collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals, drive strategic initiatives, and support scalable growth across consulting services and client engagement. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, aligning operations with compliance standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. The COO will also represent operations in key stakeholder meetings and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and execution of growth initiatives.
Proven Operations Management capabilities, covering process optimization, service delivery oversight, and cross-functional team leadership.
Advanced Analytical Skills for performance measurement, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Solid Finance and Budgeting skills to manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
Experience in professional services, immigration, legal, or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Track record of implementing systems and tools to improve efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
