Role Description The Senior Software Architect will lead the design and evolution of Esse India’s technology platforms that support immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad involves defining system architecture, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of core applications. The Senior Software Architect will collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, create architectural blueprints, and guide implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and improving software designs, mentoring development teams, establishing coding and design standards, and conducting code and architecture reviews. The role also includes evaluating new tools and frameworks, coordinating integration between internal systems and external services, and ensuring alignment with long-term business and technology strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Architecture and Software Design, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Design Patterns and best practices for enterprise application development and system integration.
Candidates should possess experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and security standards, ideally within service-oriented or consulting environments, is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document and present architectural decisions clearly.
