Business Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time remote Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role supports the analysis of real estate operations, processes, and business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business needs from internal stakeholders, analyzing data related to properties, clients, and transactions, and preparing clear reports and presentations to support decision-making. The role involves mapping and improving business processes, identifying trends and basic performance metrics, and assisting in the creation of recommendations to enhance efficiency and value. The analyst will collaborate with senior team members to validate findings, maintain documentation, and ensure that business insights are translated into actionable initiatives. The position is designed for individuals early in their career who are eager to learn and grow in a data-informed real estate environment while working remotely.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and basic Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess skills in understanding Business Processes and defining Business Requirements to support operational improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus).
Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time setting.
Relevant education in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is beneficial.
