Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Electronic Data Processing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electronic data processing systems across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing data processing workflows, coordinating software installations and updates, and supervising computer network operations to ensure system reliability and security. The role involves working closely with internal teams to understand requirements, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively. The manager will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and lead improvement initiatives for data management and IT processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Processing and Information Technology, including experience with data management tools and system administration.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Installation and Computer Network Operations, with the ability to configure, maintain, and secure enterprise systems.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology initiatives on time and within scope.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy, data integrity, and system security.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical guidance.
Experience managing IT or data processing teams and familiarity with industry-standard security and compliance practices are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
