Position : Sr. Marketing Manager
Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
MBA or professional certification in Marketing / Sales preferred.
Experience Required :
12+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales in the CRGO / electrical steel / transformer radiators / electrical equipment industry or Any Engineering manufacturing company, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic marketing initiatives.
Job Summary
We are looking for Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing and business development strategies for CRGO products. The role focuses on market expansion, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies for CRGO products, targeting transformer manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, and industrial clients.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Business Development & Sales Support
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Support the sales team with technical marketing inputs, presentations, and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Brand Management & Communication
Position the company and products as a leader in CRGO / electrical steel industry.
Manage marketing collateral, technical brochures, and digital presence.
Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor marketing KPIs, sales funnel, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor marketing and business development teams.
Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams for product positioning and customer requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of CRGO / electrical steel industry and its applications.
Proven track record in marketing, business development, or sales support.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Familiarity with digital marketing and branding initiatives is a plus.
Education
