Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy) or Marketing
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
6+ years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing (preferably in CRGO/electrical steel or Transformers or transfomers components industry)
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Market Development & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential customers in the CRGO, Transfomers Radiators, Lamination, Nano crystlite
Develop lead databases through research, exhibitions, and digital channels.
Track and convert leads in coordination with the sales team.
🔹 2. Technical Marketing Support
Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets.
Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals, prequalification documents, and RFP responses.
Coordinate product trials or sample deliveries with technical departments.
🔹 3. CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Track customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM dashboards
🔹 4. Customer & Event Coordination
Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback collection.
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours.
Handle post-event follow-up and documentation.
