What this is
Gunia Consulting is growing, and we're bringing on one person to run the research and outreach behind that growth.
You find the companies worth talking to, the right people inside them, and you open the door so the founder can walk through it. Alongside that you drive the content engine and keep the pipeline moving. Backend work, remote, close to the founder.
What you'd do
Build and maintain the target list: private equity firms, family offices, holdings and buy-and-build platforms across Switzerland, Germany, the Nordics and beyond.
Find the right contact at each one, and connect us with decision makers.
Prepare and run outreach on an angle we agree on, then track and follow up on replies. The client conversations themselves stay with the founder.
Research target markets and surface opportunities to put Gunia Consulting in the right rooms: events, associations, panels, podcasts, partnerships.
Drive the content engine: help build the content calendar, draft and format posts, pitch decks and supporting material, and prep research for articles.
Keep the pipeline clean in our CRM.
Who you are
You've done research, market mapping, sourcing or BD support before, and you're fast and accurate.
You write clean, professional English. German is a plus, not a requirement.
You're comfortable with LinkedIn, spreadsheets and AI tools, and you pick up something like Clay quickly.
You work on your own initiative. You figure things out instead of waiting to be told each step.
The setup
This starts as a freelance engagement, part-time or full-time, with real room to grow as we do.
You work directly with the founder, not through layers, you get a company email address and the tools you need, and you're in on how the firm is built, not kept on the outside.
