Role Description The Assistant role at S&G atelier fabric is a full-time, hybrid position based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting office and showroom operations, maintaining organized records, assisting with order processing, and coordinating with suppliers and clients. The Assistant will help manage fabric samples, update inventory lists, prepare basic documents and reports, and support scheduling for meetings or client visits. The role also involves handling email and phone communication, following up on deliveries, and providing general administrative support to the team. This position is suited for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and basic documentation.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Comfort with basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn new systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders, inventory updates, and fabric samples.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, managing time and priorities in a hybrid work setting.
Prior experience in an administrative, retail, or textiles/fashion environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
