Founding App Designer (UI/UX) • Equity-Based / Partner Role
VrumPass a Florida-based SportsTech marketplace making track days purchase seamless. We are digitizing racetrack bookings, and we need a brilliant visual storyteller to lead product design from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Design: Establish our early brand identity, typography, and design system.
Build: Own the end-to-end execution—from visual layout and database architecture to final deployment.
Marketplace Integration: Set up secure marketplace payment processing (e.g., Stripe) so customers can buy passes directly.
Launch: Deploy a fully functional MVP to the iOS/Android app stores and web browsers.
Qualifications:
Strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, interaction design, and usability testing.
Proficiency in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with the ability to create cohesive layouts, typography, color systems, and design components.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and Mockups using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Demonstrated experience designing mobile apps or consumer digital products, ideally from early-stage or founding roles.
Ability to work remote, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate design decisions clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
The Compensation:
