We are looking for an entrepreneurial, ultra-capable UI/UX Designer & Full-Stack Developer to own the entire product life cycle from visual high-fidelity prototypes to functional code deployment.
This is a part-time, equity-first role designed for a builder who wants to secure a meaningful ownership stake in a high-upside startup while keeping their day job. You will work directly with the founder to bring an ambitious, multi-vertical platform to life.
What You’ll Do
Design: Establish our early brand identity, typography, and design system.
Build: Own the end-to-end execution—from visual layout and database architecture to final deployment.
Marketplace Integration: Set up secure marketplace payment processing (e.g., Stripe) so customers can buy passes directly.
Launch: Deploy a fully functional MVP to the iOS/Android app stores and web browsers.
The Stack & Ecosystem
We favor speed, efficiency, and modern visual execution. Ideally, you are a master of:
Design: Figma / Adobe Creative Cloud (mapping high-fidelity screens, clickable prototypes, and design systems).
Development & Backend: Visual development platforms, modern full-stack workflows, or low-code frameworks capable of complex infrastructure (e.g., FlutterFlow, Airtable, Make.com, or robust custom equivalent stacks).
Integrations: Native payment systems (Stripe) and database controls.
Qualifications & Technical Profile
We are looking for a hybrid builder who values speed-to-market over dogmatic engineering. Whether you achieve this via high-end visual development platforms or hand-written custom code, you must possess the ability to ship a highly responsive, secure, and production-ready application.
Hybrid Product Capability: Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end delivery where you personally owned both the visual UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe CC) and the complete functional build.
Adaptable Technical Spectrum: Expertise across visual development frameworks and complex custom codebases, including:
No-Code / Low-Code Ecosystems: Advanced mastery of enterprise-grade visual stacks like FlutterFlow, Airtable, and Make.com for rapid MVP infrastructure.
Complex / Custom Engineering: Strong foundation in full-stack architecture, database design (SQL/NoSQL), API development, webhooks, and backend integration.
Core Systems Experience: Direct experience configuring native payment gateways (Stripe Connect or marketplace split-payments), relational database schemas, and conditional user workflows.
Deployment & Store Optimization: Clean track record of successfully navigating App Store Connect and Google Play Console deployment, including managing compliance, certificates, and submissions.
Scoped Time Management: Exceptional ability to scope feature requests accurately and deliver high-quality, iterative progress within a strict, focused 10-hour weekly container.
The Compensation:
This is a sweat-equity position offering a Performance-Based Equity Incentive Plan, subject to a standard milestone vesting schedule.
Path to Cash: Baseline cash compensation triggers once we achieve organic profits, scaling up toward full market rates as revenue grows.
Bandwidth & Stability: Requires a 10+ hours/week commitment. Candidates must have a stable full-time job, active contracts, or savings covering their current living expenses.
