VrumPass is a SportsTech marketplace making track days purchase seamless. We are digitizing racetrack bookings, and we need a Full-Stack Developer who can combine traditional coding expertise with modern no-code efficiency to build and scale our product from the ground up.
We utilize No-Code/Low-Code acceleration (specifically FlutterFlow) to deploy rapidly, but require a developer capable of writing custom code, managing robust database architectures, and engineering complex marketplace workflows.
What You’ll Do
App Engineering (Hybrid Stack): Build and maintain our native mobile app (iOS & Android) using FlutterFlow, extending the platform with custom Dart/Flutter code when necessary.
Web & Landing Pages: Deploy and maintain a fast, multi-page web presence with clear funnels directing users to our mobile app stores.
Backend Architecture: Design and optimize a secure, scalable relational database (Supabase, Xano, or Firebase) to handle complex tracking data, user permissions, and racetrack profiles.
Marketplace Payments: Implement Stripe Connect (or similar) to handle multi-party transactions, split-payout workflows, platform fees, and automated vendor payouts.
Automation Pipelines: Engineer secure backend triggers and webhook integrations (using code or automation nodes like Make/Zapier) for instant booking confirmations and real-time vendor email systems.
Qualifications
Strong background in traditional full-stack software development (experience with Dart, Flutter, Node.js, Python, or similar languages).
Proven experience building and launching apps with FlutterFlow or similar rapid-development platforms.
Hands-on experience with marketplace payout models (Stripe Connect preferred) and complex split-payment mechanics.
Solid understanding of relational database management, data modeling, and race-condition prevention (preventing double-booked racetrack slots).
Ability to translate Figma design assets into clean, performant, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote, early-stage startup environment.
The Compensation
This is a sweat-equity position offering a Performance-Based Equity Incentive Plan, subject to a standard milestone vesting schedule.
Path to Cash: Baseline cash compensation triggers once we achieve organic profits, scaling up toward full market rates as revenue grows.
