Role Description This is a full-time office role for an Interior Designer at Saysha Interiors. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bathroom vanities, and other home furniture, ensuring functional and visually appealing solutions. Responsibilities include space planning, preparing interior layouts, coordinating with architecture and construction teams, and creating detailed construction drawings and specifications. The role involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), preparing mood boards and material palettes, and collaborating with project managers and vendors to ensure accurate execution. The Interior Designer will also communicate design proposals to clients, incorporate feedback, and maintain project documentation and timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in developing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including plans, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) is highly beneficial.
Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelings, doors or similar projects is an advantage.
