What you'll do
- Understand client reqs & perform needed research to execute a search
- Work with leadership & colleagues to develop sophisticated recruitment strategies that enable success on hard to fill roles
- Recruit talent via Linkedin Recruiter and beyond
- Pre-screen candidates & conduct in-depth candidate interviews
- Prepare comprehensive candidate submissions based on clients' unique needs
- Work in a close, consultative capacity with clients to move the search forward to close

- You're quick, intellectually curious, self-motivated, adaptable and a creative problem solver
- You have a proven track record, you're a top 10% performer in your org and consider recruitment to be a sales profession
- You're highly detailed oriented, highly strategic, able to interpret data and act on it
