Role Description The Warehouse Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods in an efficient and accurate manner. The Warehouse Executive will maintain inventory records, coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse, and supporting customer service requirements related to order fulfillment.
Qualifications
Strong warehouse management skills, including organizing workflows and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Experience with inventory control and stock management to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.
Proficiency in packing and handling products safely and efficiently.
Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Customer service skills to support order-related queries and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse or inventory software.
Ability to lift and move goods as required and follow safety procedures.
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
