Chief Financial Officer

Role Description This is a full-time remote Chief Financial Officer role at Aurora C. Jewelry. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide decisions related to growth, profitability, and risk management. Day-to-day tasks also involve leading the finance team, optimizing financial systems and processes, managing relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners, and providing clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting to support strategic and operational objectives.
Ability to prepare, interpret, and oversee Financial Statements with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, board presentations, and regulatory filings.
Advanced Analytical Skills to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
