Role Description The Chief Creative Officer at Aurora C. Jewelry is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the brand’s overall creative vision and execution across all channels. This role oversees the development of cohesive visual and verbal identity, guiding creative teams in concepting and delivering campaigns, product storytelling, and customer experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting creative direction for collections and marketing initiatives, reviewing and refining design concepts, and ensuring all content aligns with brand strategy and business goals. The Chief Creative Officer collaborates closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to drive engagement, strengthen brand recognition, and support revenue growth. This role also involves mentoring creative team members, managing external agencies or freelancers, and continually analyzing creative performance to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with a strong track record of leading brand-defining initiatives.
Proficiency in Branding, including development and stewardship of visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
Strong Art Direction skills, with experience overseeing photography, video, graphic design, and digital assets.
Solid understanding of Marketing principles, especially as they relate to luxury, fashion, or jewelry brands.
Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams in a remote or distributed environment.
Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts across digital, social, and traditional media.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Comfort working with data and insights to evaluate creative performance and refine strategies.
Previous leadership experience in a creative or brand role; experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
