Role Description The Vice President Information Technology is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing LAXMINT’s overall IT vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives. This position oversees the design, implementation, and governance of technology platforms that support blockchain-based gold tokenization, digital finance operations, and global ecosystem partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading IT teams, setting technology standards, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring robust cybersecurity, infrastructure reliability, and data protection across all systems. The role also involves driving strategic technology initiatives, prioritizing and overseeing IT projects, optimizing processes, and collaborating closely with executive leadership to support scalability, regulatory compliance, and innovation. The Vice President Information Technology will continuously evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to keep LAXMINT’s ecosystem secure, efficient, and future-ready.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
Demonstrated experience in IT Management, leading diverse technical teams, managing vendors, and overseeing operational support.
Proven ability in IT Strategy and Strategic Planning, translating business objectives into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology roadmaps.
Advanced Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple concurrent IT initiatives with clear timelines and outcomes.
Experience in fintech, blockchain, or real-world asset tokenization environments is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed organization and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
