We are looking for an experienced Group Account Manager from an advertising or digital agency background to manage key client accounts and lead integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact.
Handle multiple accounts and projects from brief to execution.
Develop and execute digital, social media, creative and integrated campaigns.
Work closely with creative, strategy, media, digital and production teams.
Prepare client presentations, campaign proposals, briefs and reports.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
Lead and mentor junior account management team members.
Track campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in an advertising/digital/integrated agency.
Strong client servicing and account management experience.
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience managing teams, timelines and budgets.
Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience with leading brands or large accounts will be an advantage.
