Company Description Greentek India Limited is an integrated solar engineering company with roots in the solar sector since 1997 and incorporation in 2007. The organization designs, manufactures, executes, monitors, and maintains solar solutions ranging from residential rooftops to institutional hot-water plants and utility-scale projects. Its EPC business spans residential rooftop projects under PM Surya Ghar, commercial and industrial plants under CAPEX, OPEX and PPA models, operations and maintenance services, and Adani Solar module supply as an authorized channel partner. Greentek operates a BIS-licensed manufacturing unit in Shabaspalle, Medak, producing solar flat plate collectors, absorber fins and storage tanks, and is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified and MNRE approved. The company serves clients such as L&T, Indian Oil, Wipro, Shapoorji Pallonji, SECI, CPWD, ESIC, and leading educational and medical institutes, with operations across India, UAE and Kenya.
Role Description The Sales Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Secunderābād. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, promoting Greentek’s solar products and EPC services, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in CRM or internal systems. The Sales Staff will be expected to meet sales targets, follow up on inquiries, participate in marketing or promotional events, and provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients. The role also includes staying updated on solar industry trends, government schemes and policies, and communicating these effectively to customers.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer relationship management abilities, including lead follow-up, account management, and after-sales service.
Knowledge of solar energy solutions, EPC projects, and basic technical understanding of solar systems (training support may be provided).
Effective communication and presentation skills in English and relevant local languages.
Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects and projects.
Comfort with using MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms for reporting and coordination.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in solar or industrial sales is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Secunderābād and travel to client locations as required.
