Role Description The Fullstack Trainer role at Technoledge™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs on fullstack development, covering front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment practices aligned with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing curriculum and lesson plans, conducting interactive classroom sessions and labs, mentoring learners on projects, and assessing performance through assignments, evaluations, and feedback. The role also involves collaborating with academic and industry partners to keep course content updated with emerging technologies, contributing to Centres of Excellence, and supporting innovation and incubation activities. The trainer will document training outcomes, participate in academic review meetings, and help strengthen internship and placement readiness for learners.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong fullstack development skills, including proficiency in front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks), back-end frameworks (such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar), and relational/non-relational databases.
Candidates should possess skills in software engineering practices, including version control (e.g., Git), RESTful APIs, testing, debugging, and deployment on cloud or on-premise environments.
Candidates should possess experience in curriculum design, teaching, or technical training, with the ability to create structured learning modules, practical exercises, and assessments.
Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
Candidates should possess mentoring and guidance skills, including the ability to support learners on projects, career pathways, and industry-readiness activities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry certifications in web development or cloud technologies are an advantage.
Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in full
