Role Description The Fullstack Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on fullstack development to students and early-career professionals in an on-site setting in Noida. This full-time role includes preparing curriculum and lesson plans, creating practical exercises and projects, and conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions on front-end, back-end, and database technologies. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, provide constructive feedback, and support learners with doubt resolution and mentoring. The role also involves updating course content to reflect emerging tools and frameworks, collaborating with academic and industry partners to align training with current standards, and maintaining detailed training documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Strong fullstack development skills, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue), back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET), and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and version control (e.g., Git).
Experience in designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or academic courses, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Capability to create structured curricula, hands-on projects, and assessments aligned with industry needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered approach.
Ability to collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders and adapt content to different learner levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in fullstack or web development are an advantage.
Experience working with modern development tools, deployment practices, and basic DevOps or cloud concepts is beneficial.
