Role Description The Python Trainer will design and deliver structured Python training programs for students and professionals at partner institutions, with a primary focus on practical, industry-relevant skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and assessing performance through assignments and evaluations. The role involves collaborating with academic and industry partners to align course content with emerging technologies and institutional goals, as well as contributing to labs, workshops, and Centres of Excellence related to Python and allied domains. The Python Trainer will also provide guidance on best practices in coding, debugging, version control, and software development methodologies, and may support curriculum enhancement, hackathons, and innovation initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in core Python programming, including data structures, object-oriented concepts, error handling, and standard libraries.
Hands-on experience with applied Python domains such as data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy), web development (e.g., Django, Flask), or scripting and automation.
Working knowledge of software development practices, including Git-based version control, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to design curricula, develop training materials, and deliver clear, structured classroom or lab-based instruction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse learner groups in an accessible manner.
Experience mentoring students on projects, guiding them through problem-solving, code reviews, and industry-oriented use cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in Python or software development are an advantage.
Prior teaching, corporate training, or academic experience in programming or related technologies is highly beneficial.
