We're looking for a Creator Manager / Talent Manager who can build strong creator relationships while driving meaningful commercial opportunities for our exclusive talent roster.
What You'll Do
● Manage day-to-day relationships with our exclusive creator and talent roster.
● Identify, pitch, and close relevant brand partnership opportunities for creators.
● Negotiate commercial terms including rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines on behalf of creators.
● Act as the key bridge between creators and brands to ensure smooth campaign execution.
● Brief creators thoroughly and ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
● Track creator earnings, payments, contracts, and partnership history across campaigns.
● Guide creators on brand fit, content positioning, audience categories, and long-term growth opportunities.
● Work closely with the internal Brand Partnerships team to match creators with incoming briefs.
● Scale the exclusive talent roster from 5 creators to 20+ creators over the next 12 months.
● Build long-term relationships with creators and become a trusted advisor in their professional journey.
What We're Looking For
● 2–3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, artist management, or related roles.
● Fluency in Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
● Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital content ecosystem.
● Experience handling brand collaborations and campaign execution end-to-end.
● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.
● Strong ownership mindset with excellent attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
● Familiarity with creator analytics, deal structures, contracts, and campaign reporting is a plus.
● Existing network across creators, talent agencies, or brand teams is an added advantage. Work
