Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their campaign requirements.
Coordinate with internal influencer marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare campaign briefs, updates, presentations, and client communication.
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closure of campaign deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Assist in handling client queries, feedback, and escalations.
Support the team in identifying opportunities for repeat campaigns and client growth.
Maintain accurate records of campaign progress, communication, and deliverables.
Stay updated with influencers, creators, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of influencers, creators, and social media platforms.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced influencer marketing environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in client servicing, influencer marketing, account management, advertising, or a related field.
Freshers with relevant internships and strong communication skills may also apply.
