About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – React Native & AI who can build and scale web and mobile applications from scratch. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across React Native, Node.js and MongoDB, along with an understanding of AI/LLM-based application development.You will be responsible for taking products from concept to deployment, building robust backend systems, developing mobile experiences for both iOS and Android, and integrating AI capabilities wherever relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable applications across frontend, backend and database layers.
Develop mobile applications from scratch using React Native for both iOS and Android/Google Play Store.
Handle complete application development lifecycle — from architecture and development to testing, deployment and maintenance.
Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
Design, manage and optimise databases using MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and services, including WhatsApp Business APIs and other external platforms.
Work on AI-powered features involving LLMs, AI APIs, agents and vector databases.
Build or integrate AI models and experiment with LLM-based workflows and applications.
Work with frameworks/tools such as LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agents and workflows.
Collaborate with product and business teams to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
Debug, test and optimise applications for performance, reliability and scalability.
Use Git/GitHub and follow appropriate development and version-control practices.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions and product development initiatives.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
Strong knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
Proficiency in MongoDB and database design.
Strong understanding of JavaScript / ES6+.
Experience building and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
Understanding of REST APIs, API integrations and third-party services.
Good understanding of application architecture, debugging and performance optimisation.
Strong knowledge of Git/version control.
Good problem-solving and DSA fundamentals.
AI / LLM Skills – Preferred Candidates with hands-on exposure to the following will be preferred:
LLM-based application development
Calling and integrating LLM/AI APIs
Building or working with AI agents
Vector databases and vector search
LangChain / LangGraph
Prompt engineering and AI workflow development
Model integration, fine-tuning or experimentation with AI models
Building AI-powered features/products from scratch
Educational QualificationMandatory:
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
Preferred:AI/ML-related degree, specialisation or recognised certification.
Additional certifications or coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI or LLMs will be an advantage.
Good to Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
Docker and CI/CD knowledge.
Experience with application deployment and production environments.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup/agency/product environment.
Exposure to AI-powered product development.
