Role Description The Vice President of International Growth is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for expanding GROUPE ABYSSE’s presence across global markets. This role oversees the development and execution of international growth strategies, including market entry plans, channel development, and brand positioning in key regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, driving international sales initiatives, building partnerships with distributors and luxury retailers, and collaborating with marketing to adapt campaigns to local markets. The Vice President will analyze market data, identify new business opportunities, set performance targets, and ensure alignment with the company’s high jewelry positioning and long-term strategic vision. The role also involves regular interaction with senior leadership, preparing reports and forecasts, and representing the brand in external meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of driving international revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, including leading remote and multicultural teams and fostering collaborative, high-performance environments.
Expertise in Strategic Planning and Market Expansion, including market analysis, go-to-market design, and long-term growth roadmaps.
Experience in Marketing within luxury or premium brands, particularly in positioning, brand development, and localized campaigns for international audiences.
Proven experience in international growth roles, ideally within luxury, fashion, jewelry, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in French or other languages is an asset.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, business, international relations, marketing) or equivalent professional experience.
