2. About the Opportunity:
The Internal Audit Manager leads operational and financial audits from planning through reporting, ensuring audit quality and contributing to the maturation of the internal audit function. This role supports a shift toward risk-based assurance and advisory services, driving audit efficiency and value as the organization scales.
3. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end operational and financial audits and advisory projects
Review and ensure quality of audit workpapers and deliverables
Manage and coach audit teams including onshore, offshore, and co-sourced resources
Participate in annual risk assessments and audit planning
Build and maintain trusted relationships with business and risk leaders
Apply data analytics, AI, and agile methods to enhance audit processes
Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and keep current with emerging risks
4. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years managing multiple audit engagements and reviewing team work
Proven ability to execute independent audits across operational and financial areas
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks aligned with IIA standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in fast-paced environments using data and AI to improve audit quality
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $73,000 - $145,000 per year
Compensation depends on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location
