Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Staff role based in Aurangabad. The position involves providing front-line technical support for Cummins diesel-based products, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of equipment issues. Daily activities include inspecting and testing machinery, documenting findings, preparing service reports, and coordinating with senior technicians or engineers when required. The role also includes interacting with customers to understand issues, explain technical details in clear language, and ensure timely completion of service requests. Technical Staff are expected to follow safety protocols, maintain tools and equipment, and support continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues and interpret technical data.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, preferably related to diesel engines or industrial equipment.
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, follow safety standards, and handle physically demanding tasks when required.
Prior experience in service, maintenance, or field support roles in an industrial or automotive environment is an advantage.
