Role Description The Faculty Member will design and deliver high-quality instruction for professional finance and accounting programs such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, EA, and AI in finance-related courses. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and guiding learners through complex concepts with practical examples. The role involves assessing student performance, providing regular feedback, mentoring learners on exam strategies and career paths, and contributing to curriculum enhancement in alignment with global standards. The Faculty Member will collaborate with academic and corporate teams to integrate industry-relevant content and support workshops, webinars, and exam-focused review sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Strong subject matter expertise in finance and accounting, preferably with professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, EA, CA, or equivalent.
Proven teaching, training, or academic facilitation experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and use of modern teaching methodologies, including case-based and exam-oriented instruction.
Familiarity with AI tools, digital learning platforms, and technology-enhanced education; openness to integrating AI-driven content into teaching.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and results-focused approach.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-performance academic environment with strong focus on outcomes, pass rates, and learner success.
Master’s or professional degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; prior industry experience in finance or assurance is an advantage.
