Role Description The University Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with universities and colleges, including coordinating campus visits, events, seminars, and information sessions to promote Simandhar’s programs. The specialist will manage university recruitment initiatives, collaborate with academic and placement offices, and support end-to-end campus engagement plans. Daily activities include planning and executing outreach campaigns, tracking engagement metrics, coordinating program management activities related to university partnerships, and ensuring consistent, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role works closely with marketing, admissions, and corporate relations teams to align university initiatives with overall enrollment and brand objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in University Relations and University Recruitment for building long-term academic partnerships.
Candidates should possess experience in College Recruiting and campus engagement, including events, seminars, and placement-focused activities.
Candidates should possess abilities in Program Management to plan, execute, and track university-focused initiatives and collaborations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.
Relevant experience in education, talent acquisition, campus hiring, or corporate/university liaison roles is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines are important.
Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating across cross-functional teams is expected.
