Role Description The Software Engineer – Fresher & Experienced role is a full-time, remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and web-based solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing back-end functionality, debugging and resolving issues, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with mentors, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contribute to project architecture, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The software engineer will work on real-world projects aligned with industry standards, document technical work, and continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Hands-on skills in Software Development and Programming using modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP principles to real-world projects.
Experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Ability to analyze problems, debug issues, and write maintainable, testable code.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in remote, team-based environments.
Relevant degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software development lifecycle practices is an advantage.
