2. About the Opportunity:
The Consulting Recruiter plays a crucial role in managing the full recruitment cycle for experienced professionals. This position is responsible for partnering with leadership and HR to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent. The role impacts the organization''s growth by ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting the company’s position as an employer of choice.
3. Responsibilities:
Manage full life-cycle recruitment for experienced hires, maintaining clear communication with all parties.
Collaborate with leaders, resource management, and HR to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates, focusing on building diverse pipelines.
Facilitate interviews and debrief sessions to ensure alignment with hiring managers.
Lead the offer process, including negotiation and extension, in partnership with HR and leadership.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Coordinate with talent attraction operations for candidate communications and documentation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and external sources.
Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and industry meetings.
Participate in recruiting projects such as employment branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; preference for HR or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year full cycle recruiting experience; experience in professional services or public accounting preferred.
Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Strong skills in time management, communication, organization, and problem solving.
Experience with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 5%.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The national pay rate range for this position is $67,360 to $102,150.
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangements, and location.
