Function: Sales Operations & Business Development Support
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Molecular Diagnostics business in Delhi NCR.
The role will work closely with our Business Development, Key Account Management, Applications, Service and Product teams to support customer acquisition and execution across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and molecular testing centres.
Key responsibilities
• Manage sales pipeline, CRM and opportunity tracking.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and procurement teams.
• Support product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Coordinate molecular diagnostic product evaluations and sample logistics.
• Track purchase orders, dispatches, installations and customer acceptance.
• Maintain KOL/customer databases.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate across Sales, Applications, Service, Logistics, Finance and Product teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer actions.
Candidate profile
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IVD, molecular diagnostics, infectious Disease diagnostics, medical devices, pathology or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Life Sciences/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Healthcare/Business qualification preferred.
Experience with PCR/qPCR, molecular diagnostics or clinical laboratories will be an advantage.
