We are looking for a motivated and analytical candidate to participate in our Graduate Development Program (GDP), with a focus on ERP systems, business process automation, and project management operations.
The selected candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in understanding business requirements, configuring ERP solutions, and supporting the automation of processes across Business Development, Project Management Office (PMO), and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the Graduate Development Program (GDP) and undergo comprehensive training on ERP systems and related business processes.
Analyze business requirements and contribute to designing scalable and efficient technical solutions using ERP platforms.
Support the automation of business operations and workflows connecting Business Development, PMO, and Finance departments.
Configure BOQ (Bill of Quantities) structures within the ERP system.
Create and maintain invoicing plans and systematically calculate billing amounts.
Link project plan tasks with corresponding BOQ items and assign tasks to the relevant team members.
Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
Collaborate with different departments to understand operational requirements and support continuous process improvement.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and improving ERP workflows and configurations.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to understand business processes and project delivery lifecycles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.

Required Technologies & Tools
Foundational understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Basic knowledge of database management and data structures.
Basic understanding of workflow and business process automation.
Familiarity with project management concepts is an advantage.
Required Language & Proficiency
Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
