Role Description The Robotics with Physical AI Trainer will design and deliver engaging online lessons that combine foundational AI concepts with robotics and physical computing activities. In this part-time remote role, the trainer will prepare curriculum materials, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises that help learners understand how AI can be integrated into robotic systems and real-world physical environments. The role includes guiding learners through project-based work, providing feedback on assignments, and supporting them during live virtual sessions or office hours. The trainer will collaborate with the instructional design team to refine content, ensure alignment with program goals, and incorporate emerging best practices in AI and robotics education. The position also involves tracking learner progress and maintaining clear, professional communication to foster an inclusive and supportive learning experience.
Qualifications
Background in robotics, physical computing, or mechatronics, with the ability to connect these domains to AI concepts.
Experience in instructional design, online teaching, or technical training, preferably in STEM or AI-related subjects.
Strong communication and mentoring skills to support diverse learners in remote, project-based environments.
Comfort with fundamental AI and machine learning concepts and their application in hardware and embedded systems.
Nutrition and fitness-related knowledge to design AI use cases or projects touching on wellness, including Nutrition and Fitness Instruction.
Skills in Personal Training, Circuit Training, and Sports Coaching that can be leveraged to create AI-driven physical activity or performance-tracking scenarios.
Ability to work part time in a flexible schedule and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, education, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
