This GCC is past its initial ramp-up and now needs someone to keep everyday HR machinery running cleanly as headcount climbs every quarter. Flexiple, a managed marketplace that places vetted talent into GCCs and global teams building in India, is running this search on the company's behalf.
What lands on your desk
Own onboarding logistics for new joiners, from offer acceptance to day-one readiness
Maintain employee records, HRIS entries, and documentation accuracy
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication with hiring managers
Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave administration
Draft offer letters, confirmation letters, and other employee correspondence
Answer first-line employee queries and escalate what needs a specialist
Where you fit best
1 to 4 years in an HR generalist, coordinator, or HR operations role
Comfort with an HRIS or applicant-tracking system and everyday spreadsheet work
Sharp attention to detail when handling employee data and paperwork
Clear written English and a professional, approachable manner with employees
A step up if you have it
Prior exposure to a GCC, shared-services, or large multinational HR setup
Familiarity with statutory compliance basics such as PF and ESI filings
A degree or diploma in human resources or business administration
