A little more about the role
This is a self-directed, performance-based business opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position.
You'll have access to established personal and professional development programs, training, resources, and ongoing support as you build your business.
The model offers flexibility and autonomy, but requires initiative, consistency, and ownership of your activity and results.
The opportunity can be structured around approximately 15 hours per week and is available remotely within the U.S.

About Turn Into You
Turn Into You was born from my own willingness to ask a different question about work and success.
After nearly four decades in technology and business, including close to 11 years leading engineering and technology delivery at Nike, I had built the kind of corporate career I once imagined for myself.
But eventually, I began asking: What if success isn't only about what we accomplish, but also about who we become along the way?
That question led me to explore a different way of working, one that brings together professional experience, leadership, personal growth, continuous learning, and the freedom to create something of my own.
I didn't make this shift because I stopped believing in hard work or professional excellence. I made it because I began to believe there could be another way.
Today, I deeply believe in the work I'm building through Turn Into You. The model is unconventional, and it isn't for everyone. I believe it takes courage to step outside the familiar, question what we've been taught about success, and consider what might be possible beyond the traditional career path.
